How does personalization work?
Choose a product, add your text, name or idea in the fields provided, then order. We review every request before production.
How long does it take?
Every item is made to order: 2 to 7 business days of production, then 4 to 10 business days of delivery within Canada.
How do I choose my size?
A size guide is shown on each product page. If you are between two sizes, we suggest the larger one.
Can I return an item?
Personalized items are not refundable, except in case of a defect or an error on our part. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and the digital wallets offered at checkout, in Canadian dollars (CAD).
How do I track my order?
An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your package ships.
