Reasons for non-curing of glue

1: The material is not suitable: UV adhesive requires that at least one side of the two sides of the material to be bonded is transparent, otherwise the material is not suitable for UV adhesive

2. Insufficient UV intensity: If the amount of glue is large, choose a high-power UV lamp, otherwise the glue curing will be slow. If you choose UV curing under natural light (UV is invisible), choose a period of strong sunlight, and the natural curing speed will vary with the intensity of UV radiation.

3:The surface dry is not easy to cure: under most ultraviolet irradiation conditions, the glue can only be cured by irradiating the glue through transparent materials. If the glue is directly irradiated, it is difficult to cure. The glue is not suitable for surface coating.

Curing time

Different curing lamps will lead to different curing time. According to the experiment, it should be confirmed that high UV intensity can cure in a shorter irradiation time, otherwise it needs a longer curing time.

Control the exposure temperature according to the material

Many plastics have low heat resistance temperature, and need cooling treatment during curing to prevent excessive plastic deformation.

1. This product has slight irritation to the skin and eyes. If it enters the eyes accidentally, please wash it with plenty of water immediately. If there is still any discomfort, please go to the hospital for examination;
