Core Features & Benefits
✅ Exceptional Strength & Durability – Offers a permanent, high-shear strength bond that withstands vibration, pressure, and stress.
✅ Extreme Temperature Resistant – Performs reliably in both freezing cold and high-heat environments, from -60°C to 150°C.
✅ Excellent Material Compatibility – Bonds a wide range of similar and dissimilar materials with strong adhesion.
✅ Long Shelf Life & Stable Storage – Remains effective for up to 24 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place.
✅ Precise & Easy to Use – Simple 1:1 mixing ratio ensures consistent, hassle-free application every time.
How to Use for Best Results
Surface Preparation: Clean and roughen the bonding surface with sandpaper. Ensure it is free of dust, grease, and moisture.
Mixing: Squeeze equal amounts (1:1 by volume) of resin (A) and hardener (B) onto a clean surface. Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform.
Application: Apply the mixed adhesive evenly to one or both surfaces. Assemble and clamp if necessary.
Curing: Allow 3–6 hours for initial positioning. Avoid stress on the bond for 48 hours to achieve maximum strength.
Important Notes
For optimal results, follow the 1:1 mixing ratio precisely. Inaccurate proportions may affect curing and strength.
Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves to avoid skin contact.
Strength and cure time may vary slightly based on ambient temperature and humidity.
