How to Use It Properly
Adsorb on Flat Contact Surfaces
Notice:
This magnetic strip has weak magnetism and cannot bear heavy loads. It only sticks to iron or ferritic stainless steel. It will NOT attach to surfaces without iron/nickel, such as austenitic stainless steel, gold, silver, copper, aluminum alloy, plastic, wood, ceramic, etc.
Thicker magnetic strips deliver stronger magnetic pull. Reference suction force data:
1mm thickness: 0–28g/cm²
1.5mm thickness: 0–45g/cm²
2mm thickness: 0–60g/cm²
The actual suction force depends on the iron content, flatness of the target surface and contact area. Better flatness and larger contact area mean firmer adhesion. We do not guarantee the suction force will fully match the labeled value during your use.
