Installation Guide:
Safety First: Disconnect the battery and ensure the engine is cool.
Relieve Fuel Pressure: Safely relieve the pressure from the fuel system according to your engine's service manual to prevent spills.
Disconnect Components: Carefully unplug the electrical connectors from each fuel injector. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail.
Remove Fuel Rail: Unbolt and remove the fuel rail assembly that holds the injectors in place.
Remove Old Injectors: Gently pull the old fuel injectors out of their ports. Note a small amount of fuel may leak out.
Prepare New Injectors: Lightly lubricate the new injector's O-rings with clean engine oil for easier installation and a better seal.
Install New Injectors: Press the new injectors firmly into the fuel rail, then install the assembly back onto the engine.
Reassemble: Secure the fuel rail mounting bolts to the manufacturer's specified torque. Reconnect fuel lines and electrical connectors.
Check for Leaks: Reconnect the battery. Prime the fuel system by turning the key to the "on" position (without starting) a few times. Inspect for any fuel leaks around the injectors and fuel rail.
Final Test: Once confirmed there are no leaks, start the engine and check for smooth operation.
