Hob Grommets to Suit Smev Dometic Hobs

Perfect replacement for original parts: pot holder rubbers to support with 5mm rods from Dometic, Smev and Thetford.
Stable & rattle-free: the pot holder rubbers replace the old worn rubber rings, so that the pot holder can be installed firmly over the gas hobs again and reduces unpleasant noise.
Much more durable: made of high quality silicone material, heat resistant up to 260°C, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, extended service life.
Sufficient Protection The gas stove hole plugs are elastic and provide protection for Dometic hobs from unnecessary wear, effectively extending the service life of the grilles of the RV gas hob.

Not OEM - better than OEM! Don't take my word for it, see my customer feedback below. Everyone knows how easily the original grommets break - they go hard and then either break as you pull the pan supports out to clean the hob, or they push through when you replace the pan supports after cleaning.

My grommets are made to an improved design - they are made from a slightly softer silicone rubber than the originals and are slightly larger above the hob surface, so they are more resistant to pushing through when the pan support is replaced than the originals.

These are made from high quality moulded silicone rubber, as the originals were - not 3D printed as some others on Ebay are. The rubber type is specified to have high temperature resistance, anti-aging properties and acid and alkali resistance (necessary against cleaning products)

Fits all SMEV Dometic Cookers, Cooktop and Combination Units except the MO9122. Will also fit Cramer hobs.

The grommets are designed to fit a hole in the hob of approximately 7mm diameter, and to take a wire grid being pushed into them of around 4.5 - 5.5mm diameter - being silicone rubber there is of course plenty of "give".
