This manually filled squishy is packed as full as possible, resulting in high internal pressure. The sealing cap may tilt slightly or have a small gap. This is a normal physical phenomenon and not leakage or a product defect.
As this is a handmade item, strong squeezing, excessive stretching or long-term use may cause tearing, stretching, deformation and seal damage. Damage occurring during usage is not eligible for exchange or refund.
The squishy may contain trapped air. Simply use a needle to release the air.
Please carefully and gently remove it from the package.
The surface may feel slightly sticky. Pulling hard may lead to breakage or damage.
All products are handmade, so individual differences in color, size, shape and sealing may exist.
Tiny dust particles, foreign specks, air bubbles, scratches and surface marks may appear during production and packaging. These are not defects.
The following conditions are not considered product defects:

Tiny air bubbles
Color deviation and color variation
Asymmetrical shape, inconsistent rebound performance
Individual discrepancies arising from handmade production
Color differences caused by display devices
Packaging materials (self-sealing PVC bags, OPP bags, plastic boxes, etc.) may develop creases, indentations or minor damage during transit. Such issues do not qualify for exchange or refund.
The material may emit a slight odor due to its properties. We recommend airing it for 2–3 days before use.
