1. Meat Preparation
Minced chicken or beef is mixed with seasoning and additives for shaping.
2. Forming

3. Battering & Breading
Products are coated in batter and crumbs for crispy texture using separate coating machines.
4. Frying

Forming machine
The automatic forming machine is suitable for shaping various minced meat and patties with consistent quality and high efficiency.
It can be connected with battering, breading, frying, freezing, and packaging machines to build a full processing line. The mold
size and thickness are adjustable, and the detachable mold design allows quick changeover. Made of food-grade stainless steel, the machine is easy to operate, clean, and meets hygiene standards.
This equipment evenly coats batter on products like chicken, beef, pork, fish, and shrimp using a batter curtain and a bottom
batter bath. It is ideal for the pre-processing steps before breading and flouring, ensuring consistent coverage and improved
adhesion. Designed for easy cleaning and efficient operation, it meets food safety and hygiene standards.
When the products pass through the conveyor mesh belt of the breading and flouring machine, the covered conveyor belt and the
breadcrumbs sprinkled from above evenly coat the products with a layer of breadcrumbs or bread crumbs to meet the requirements of
