HIT split torque test procedure: (special equipment for torque wrench calibration)
1)Take out the HIT torsion tester from the box, take out the connection cable, connect the main control computer with the measuring cylinder shaft, and turn it on.
2)Set the measurement mode to peak mode. And adjust the unit, and test the head size according to the type of torque wrench to select the sleeve fixture. Attach the test head to the test bench.
3)Press the zero button, hold the torque wrench by hand and put it into the sleeve, rotate horizontally and slowly until the measurement is achieved.
4)The data recorded by the peak is the maximum torque measured. If the force exceeds the alarm value, the alarm call can also be adjusted to store the numerical state, record the measurement data and calculate the average value.
