When you choose load cell, please pay attention to below:

Force direction, installing mode
Load cell capacity: Please make sure not overload. Measured load should be 50-70% of load cell rated capacity.
Sensitivity
Load cell output mV signal. Load cell cable length can affect load cell output, so please use transmitter/amplifier to transit 0-5V, 4-20mA or digital signal

Please read our manual carefully to get more info before you use our product.

The product is dealt with sealing protection in the process of producing. So if meeting any fault, please do not knock beam body or open it to maintain at your own discretion, and do not disassembly the parts in load cell.

Attention:

Load cell is high precision components. To make sure measured precision, controlling force should be transferred with any influence of eccentric load and lateral load. In the measurement, action line of outside force should coincide with load cell stressing axis. Please follow force direction on the beam of load cell to use it.
When install load cell, please avoid strong impact or wiring and beam broken caused by strong pulling. Please keep load cell in -10℃to 65℃ and relative humidity less than 75% for long-term unused condition.
Please do not make any soldering jobs on the load cell carrying device.
Not use in the water for load cell without any special treatment.
Wire should be connected reliably, and not connect to metallic conductor.
If order several load cell and transmitter, digital meter etc. and need to match each one, please follow serial number on sticker to connect them.
