1. Apply appropriate amount of powder ( thickness ≤5mm) on the connection area

2. Apply the adhesive onto the powder until the powder no longer absorbs the adhesive

3. Build up in layers until it’s thick enough

4. Metal bonding may take up to 30 seconds to bond. Glue will achieve maximum strength in 24 hours

CRAFT MAKING & HOLES REPAIRED

CRAFT MAKING STEPS:

1. Apply the adhesive on the connection area

2. Apply appropriate amount of powder covering the adhesive in the connection area

3. Apply the adhesive again onto the powder until the powder no longer absorbs the adhesive

4. Wipe or blow away any remaining dry welding power

WEEDING MACHINE HOLES REPAIR STEPS:

1. Apply appropriate amount of powder on the broken hole area

2. Apply the adhesive onto the powder in 7-10 seconds

3. All done!

CRACKS REPAIRED （with grey powder）

CRACKS REPAIR STEPS:

1. Tape it on the obverse side

2. Apply appropriate amount of powder on the cracks

3. Use the stick provided to flat the powder shape

4. Drop adhesive, bond it

CAN BE SANDED OR PANITED TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR

HOLES ON MOTORCYCLE FAIRINGS REPAIR STEPS:

1. Tape it on the reverse side

2. Apply appropriate amount of powder on the opposite broken hole

3. Use the stick provided to flat the powder shape

4. Apply the adhesive onto the powder until curing

5. Then Sand flat with sandpaper

6. Paint it with suitable color

7. All done!

CAN BE DRILLED TO MOUNT THE SCREWS

SCREW SLIP REPAIR STEPS:

1. Apply appropriate amount of powder on the screw hole

2. Insert the screws

3. Apply the adhesive until curing

4. Screw out to form a new thread

5. All done!

WARNING AND TIPS:

• First, identify the type of repair you will be making and gather any appropriate materials you may need such as masking tape, cleaning materials, and others. Make sure you have al the tools and accessories included in the kit for the whole repair.

• Avoid any direct skin contact with the adhesive.

• When the adhesive combines with the powder, it will produce a lot of heat and gasses that can cause slight irritation within 10 seconds.

• If the repair is not thick enough, repeat step.

• Adhesive is not designed to be used on Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Teflon, Silicon, Paper and Cloth.

• Make sure not to dip glue nozzle into filer power. This may cause glue to neutralize.

• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!
