It's better to use the Vernier to measure the sizes.
There are total two sizes you have to measure. First is the Outer Diameter(O.D), second is the Inner Diameter(I.D).

The installation steps for wheel center cap
1.Using the tool to pry open;    
2.Check the product installation the original wheel center cap location;
3.Press down firmly along the edge of the hub center cover once, and hear the sound of the buckle;
4.If there is a badge, there is a protective film on the badge,remove surface protection.
