Brief Introduction

1. Introduction
It belongs to positive displacement pump and has the of outstanding self-priming, high efficiency and long life. It delivering suspension liquid with soft solid particles, corrosive medium and suspension liquid.The delivered medium temperature range from -30℃ to + 180℃ and viscosity range from 30 CST to 100000CST. The parts of contact with medium adopt stainless steel. The rotating speed adjusted according to the delivered medium' s physical property.
2. Application
It applies to food, drink, brewing, industry, daily and chemical industry, petroleum industry etc.
3. Safety valve
Provide various integrated springs and pneumatic safety valves to avoid pressure overload of pumps. We can select manually-operated valves and pneumatic valves used for internal recirculation during site cleaning of CIP. The pneumatic valve can be remotely controlled.
4. Interface
various interface options are supplied to meet requirements of different processing and regulations. The interface can be enlarged to improve delivery efficiency of sticky products in pump. Pumps can be installed along the side to further improve flow and self-draining performance.
5. Jacket
Rotor housing and /or press cover can adopt jacket structure for heating and cooling where there is a need to control over process conditions
