Attention:
1.When the detected liquid is water and the water level is below the critical level, water vapor, water vapor, or water droplets will accumulate on the surface of the sensor body, resulting in a decrease in signal output voltage. So in practical applications, considering the influence of water vapor, water vapor, or water droplets, the sensor threshold voltage is set to VT. If the output voltage of the signal end is greater than VT, the liquid level is judged to be below the critical liquid level, and if the output voltage of the signal end is less than VT, the liquid level is judged to be above the critical liquid level. The general value of VT is 0.3-0.5V, and the specific value is determined based on the generation and degree of influence of water vapor, water vapor, or water droplets. When the detected liquid is other, it will also be affected by water droplets, so this method is also considered.
2.Considering the fluctuation characteristics of the liquid level, if the fluctuation is large and the fluctuation amplitude is>1MM, anti shaking logic should be added to the program.
3.During long-term use, the surface of the sensor may produce dirt due to liquid impurities. Minor dirt will not affect the performance of the sensor. If severe dirt is generated, resulting in the overall coverage of the sensor, it is necessary to inform the particularity in advance so that our technical department can optimize the treatment.
4.The sensor may be interfered with under direct sunlight, please install it in a location that avoids sunlight exposure.
